Findlay Law, a personal injury law firm located in Hamilton was looking for a unique way to reach their audience without being "too American" in their approach. Prior to this point, they had been leaving brochures at doctor offices and rehabilitation clinics - with little return on their investment. As part of an overall marketing strategy, the message became less about showing a 1-800 number and more about showing how they truly help their clients. The CARE magazine was all about providing valuable information - applicable to individuals whether they were involved in an accident or not. This publication was left in doctor offices and rehabilitation clinics too - but this time the message of caring came through loud and clear.
